85.248.74.255 > Matus Tatarr. No recoil and speedhack. Even a bad player but cheater. I think it's Neymar jr jr. I couldn't make video also because it takes me 7-8 hours to upload it on YT or to pass it via Skype to someone of you. You can check him anyway (I'm sure that he will easily change ip and play again) and in case unban him. He doesn't speak a word in English, btw.
