i got 100mb internet at home 
with client connection on the server to the server work perfectly BYTM told me.
and for me it works on RpR too...
i can try to send smaller packages

I say, let's try. It may be a connection issue to the RpR server? If I log in to RSC I see sometimes pings between 250-1000 ms, after that it settles to about 25 ms.
In the game I usually have a ping of 13-17 ms, maybe you have a faster connection to the server?
