It is not really a bug but a player staying on the spawn point and blocking it for others to spawn in. As soon as he moves you will spawn in. (you can see the player standing on the spawn)

There's an enemy that gets bugged in that elevated room in Arctic 4 Radiocamp. The one with a sniper in the original Arctic 4. It's particularly annoying because it can silently shoot you no matter where you are.

I don't know if someone has already reported this.

Any chance it can be fixed in a future CMP release?
