Let's see if justice passes or not, or if we will be entitled to a circus like "procedural defect" or "humanitarian measure considering the great age of the accused" ... ...
EDIT : And when i think that even such rots got the right to be defended by a lawyer...

I could have post this one on "What's up at home today", but i chose to post it on "Worldwide news", because i think that such an issue involves the world...
Problems on the steel of the tank, problems on the internal surrounding wall of seclusion, welds leaking on the primary circuit, subcontractors who are far from respecting the labor code and the safety of the blue-collar staffs and technicians, a cost which tripled, passing to 9 billion euros, and it is not finished...
But France persists, France insists, France is never wrong, France wants it, this EPR in Flamanville, despite all...
The next one Fukushima will doubtless have the Norman accent...
EDIT : I hope i'm wrong, but i don't think so. And i hope that, if one day it happens, the whole world will drag her in front of the international jurisdictions, to charge her for her bullshit and her arrogance on this issue, which brings danger not only for French people but also for a large part of the planet.

Colombia: Thousands of civilians killed to simulate military successes
The Colombian army conducted thousands of executions of civilians disguised as guerrillas, between 2002 and 2008 to produce good balance in the fight against armed groups. The military hierarchy knew, denounces Human Rights Watch investigation.
Spotted in the poorest districts of the country, the victims were sometimes kidnapped, sometimes drawn against the promise of a job. Slaughtered, then they were decked out in clothing meant to be worn by guerrillas and presented as killed in combat.
The "good results" rewarded
The report multiplies the overwhelming evidence. Between 2004 and 2008, the Cacique Pipaton battalion of the Fourteenth Brigade, suddenly saw grow the number of guerrillas killed in combat, while the unit was not operating in a conflict zone. The brigades practicing these false positive balances were being rewarded with extra days of holiday in appreciation of these "good results" testified former lieutenant colonel González del Río, the report said. In its time, the Colombian press had denounced the monetary awards granted by the death of every guerrilla who could entice soldiers to practice such abuses.
The weapons found on the "guerrillas" killed yet often put to the gross manipulation, says HRW. It was the weapons rebel groups
The witnesses threatened, harassed
The soldiers who testified about these practices have been less fortunate. They were threatened, harassed, murdered, for some. This was to force them to withdraw their testimony or punish. The NGO cites the case of Nixon Jesús Cárcamo, who had mentioned threats, found dead in the detention center of the 11th military brigade where another witness whose wife was raped by strangers in 2013 after that it has refused to change his testimony.
If HRW insists that the military hierarchy could not ignore these practices, it completely eludes political responsibilities. Including that of former President Alvaro Uribe, in office from 2002 to 2010, and the current head of state, Juan Manuel Santos, Minister of Defense from 2006 to 2009, which has engaged in peace negotiations
Demonstration of relatives of disappeared "false positive" in Barranquilla, in September 2010.
The Colombian internal conflict, the oldest in Latin America, has more than half a century some 220 000 dead and more than five million displaced, according to official figures.
