Poutine?
Hi, I tried to make this fine dish from Canada over here in central Europe.

To be honest, I was just attempting, tried it with another sauce, sad that Gravy is not available over here. And I used mozzarella instead of that cheddar.
I’m not quite sure if the word “poutine” even exists in French language. I guess it means something like a big mess or so. Or maybe just a mixture of food, who knows.
Anyway, it should taste better than it looks
