Grilled potatoes came up to dry today, tasted like sand
Sour cream not so good/tasty, was more like yogurt
Cheeze good
Grilled peppers good but a bit dry, not really charred as much
Resulted a dish where yellow peepers and
cheese were a good combination. I don't know
what went wrong with those other two. The
Dish should've looked similar to this, with
sour cream/salty cheese topping.

No cooking tonight for me. I go to eat outside at the Celtic Village, that's the name of the open-air restaurant of the Interceltic Festival.
Large choice of interesting food there. I think i'll order this.

Made this for today's lunch...It was pretty good... Just fish, some onions and carrot, parsley, lemon, white wine, black pepper and chili pepper..All inside that tin foil bag...chucked it in the oven for 30 mins....
