Well, i understand that living near the sea and being able to have a large choice of fresh fish* can be considered as a real privilege for lads who live in continental countries, far from any sea or ocean. Of course, fish cooking is a glory in Breton gastronomy but i think that, even if it will never be exactly the same, several fish recipes that i provide or will provide can maybe be adapted or at least tested with some species of river fishes. After all, cooking is first about good quality products, and one can always obtain something good with it.
