I used to eat bread with a bit of lard topped with onions and seasoned salt
when I was younger and we didn't afford expensive stuff like liver pate every
day.

Simple food is the best food

If you're someone who doesn't eat all day, when you do make
something simple and tasty(good quality), that's all you need.

Flo, you can buy an oven thermometer, usually they are not expensive. I would guess they can be found in Romania too?

Lol yead Dan...we do it as well. Very good. But that damned olive oil, mixed with tomatoes, is just unbeatable

No pizzeria here has Marinara on the menu... at least they are making money with
the cardboard they are selling...



I saw some guy started a Neapolitan pizzeria in the city of Timisoara. I think he
is officially the 1st in Romania since the others I've seen look like crap. Ordinary
people think a Margherita is a pizza with tomato sauce, some cheese and maybe
basil.
