Not bad, they are tender and crispy too.
300g flour, 170g water, pinch of salt, 1 Tablespoon of oil
and I added some baking soda. Mix, fridge for 30 mins,
divide, wait 15 mins, roll and oil gentily on one side then
fold or make a cut on the circle and roll it... fridge again
for 15 mins, roll and bake on a hot pan.
Pretty darn basic, but rolling them was hell I need
to get together some technique.
