Yeah... That's possible, so you must change some of the spawn zone values in the inspector... I'm sure you can change them all although some of them are named Unknown...

The reason why it's deleted after opening the scene is probably because you've obviously changed the object name from "zone1" to "Zone1", the object cannot be found and the actor definition is removed then...
