First it crashed then i downloaded second part.
Its based on Libya1(Day) ?

What about creating mission on Africa6 ??
It has no checkpoints and the graphic is low but its new scene...
And this is what makes it interesting.
I mean coop mission, i know there is a race map on the Af6.

Some time ago I was working on a program that saves player in-game position as a enemy (or ally) Object / Def, so its easy to import it to Actors.bin, it makes it very quick.
I never used 3ds-max for enemy positions.
I just go into mission and save my position where i want enemy to spawn.

Well in the meantime I have idea to spawn in the town inside a building. It would be possible for example in the house with balcony near the big wall. Then you’d have to climb down from there or move over the roofs…



Africa 6 is just open space, no buildings or else cover. Mission could be to pick up the crew that crashed down with the plane in the canyon…

This looks like an awesome idea. I'd love if some would build more
missions like this. What are your plans with the mission? I hope it's
something aimed at a tactical mission, a bit hard, but not impossible
or weird. Even your Libya 2 was awesome, but it was sometimes too
heavy with the tanks.

If you want suggestions, I could write some ideas and make some
marks on the map itself. Then you can take it and build it yourself.
Random stuff is also cool... enemies, tanks, reinforcements, patrols
and even some objectives. It makes the mission different all the time.

I was thinking about tank battle map for Africa6,
And this open area is good place for long distance snipers.

Random equipment is also nice, then you never know what you find.....
And maybe random between 2 or 3 spawnpoints to start.
From that window you can watch enemy movements and plan your next move.
But using roofs and balconys have a bad side, if enemy cannot follow you there it gives player huge advantage.
It can ruin the good mission if player can hide on the roof and eliminate all enemy with no risk.

Libya1 scene is already re-re-re used so many times, can this map offer something more ?

Li1(Hells_Gate)
Li1(Day)
Li1(Supercharge)
Li1(PrisonBreak)

Sicily2, Africa1, Alps1, Normandy2, Czech4, are other most used maps.

"Most used" doesn't really make them good for team play.
Libya 1 has only Dherna and PrisonBreak as good scenarios.

The only good mod of Sicily 2 is Sicily 2 :D Same goes for Alps 1
and Normandy 2, but Frontline version is fun, it always was.

Africa 1 only has Airfield as a playable team mission.

On the other hand, Czech 4, Africa 3/4 Africa 5 and Czech 1 versions are,
most of them, very good. The same goes for Brest, Arctic 1, Burgundy 2.

There are still maps like Sicily 1, Normandy 1 and Normandy 4 with A LOT
of potential.
